Intro
One of the most important objectives of our team is to show sports life in all its beauty, as a real passion, where loyalty, respect for rules, friendship and national pride really stand as ideals on which we ought to base our very existence. Nowadays a lot of people watch sport on TV, but the those who actually decide to take part in one are increasingly fewer. Given this picture, the Stelle Olimpiche intend to spread the culture of physical activity among young people and in schools, drawing on from those experiences lived both by the group as a whole as well as by individual athletes because living sport, even at high levels, is a choice we cannot exempt ourselves from and which eventually makes us grow into better people. And finally, our support for the less fortunate: Stelle Olimpiche will give the amount gathered during its public appearances to charity, laying emphasis on charities which support women.

(Italiano) Nello stand del Friuli Venezia Giulia presso il BIT (Borsa Internazionale del Turismo – Milano), Giulia Pignolo e Chiara Cainero saranno protagoniste di un intervento sullo sport diversamente abile. Sabato 18 interverrà Chiara Cainero, oro nel tiro a volo a Pechino, e domenica 19 alle ore 11 ci sarà Giulia Pignolo.

Batki’s London Cup in Trieste
The last selection trials for the FINA Diving World Cup 2012 will be held in the next few days in the Italian city of Trieste. There will also be the second selection for the upcoming European Championship: an event that is expected to be top-level, due to the presence of the best national team athletes, ready to pull out the most beautiful diving of their entire repertoire.

Lake Tesero – The Stelle Olimpiche Team showed up at the starting line of the Marcialonga Stars marathon, a snowshoe race which is sponsored annually by the Italian League for the Fight Against Cancer.
